Emma runs her own reclaiming and recycling business ” finny’s sweet salvage” making beautiful things out of reclaimed wood. Join Emma on this 5 week course. An opportunity to master your skills using the drill, saw and other tools along with opportunities to try some forest school skills to impress yourself and your family, build confidence and most of all have some fun

Forest bathing

What is forest bathing? This Japanese practice is a process of relaxation; known in Japan as shinrin yoku. The simple method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help both adults and children de-stress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way.  Come to Kingley Vale and imerse yourself in this beautiful woodland, led by Rachel forest school leader and shinrin yoku practiioner you’ll go home relaxed ready for a good nights sleep.
